This is your opportunity to join Babcock as an Administrator within the Nuclear Department Registry. You will join a team of 10 providing administration support.


Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an Administrator with who can demonstrate excellent behaviours and a positive can do attitude. Someone that is an analytical thinker who is highly organised and is a strong team player.

What will you be doing?

Your main tasks will include:

* To provide administrative support in the Nuclear Tec Library to staff and students Civ/RN.
* To populate the ND Heritage database on a daily basis ensuring books are logged out to staff and students and logging in all ND Catalogues and publications
* To ensure all books are referenced in order for the display shelves and stacked in the appropriate sections.
* Order books and papers from British Library as required
* Deal with book requests from students and staff iaw NucFac/MOD policy and PRF form
* To provide NDTM sequence numbers to staff requiring them for publications, keeping the access database up to date with titles and abstracts and archiving of previous NDTM's.

The experience you'll bring
* You need to work well autonomously and in a team
* An administration qualification would be desirable
* Have a basic understanding of Excel (the ability to use basic formulas)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Library experience would be advantageous.
* You should hold or have the ability to obtain full SC clearance.
