My Client is a leading producer of spirits & mixers, their site is a busy beverage manufacture and packaging site and I am pleased to be looking for their next Engineering Manager are now looking for an Engineering Manager who can develop and drive engineering strategies that will support the growth for the future.

What does it look like?

  • You will report to the Site Lead, & will work closely with the Warrington based Team taking ownership for developing & implementing best practice engineering vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all maintenance and project activity, you will be tasked with maximising efficiency of plant and equipment through the implementation of an effective preventative maintenance programme and integrating new products in to existing processes to get the most out of the current & future engineering processes.
  • Leadership is key to this role, you will manage the engineering team, identifying training and talent development opportunities to strengthen and develop the function and building strong relationships to influence and engage stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
  • If you have extensive experience in an engineering leadership role within FMCG, ideally in drinks & packaging, this would be a great fit, however, this is by no means essential.
  • Solving problems, whether it's a technical issue or a business challenge, you'll relish the opportunity to make improvements & watch the results of the impact you are making unfold.
  • An excellent communicator, you'll be comfortable dealing with people across functions and business areas and will be confident in influencing at a senior level
  • The role requires a strong leader, with a background in developing teams and helping them to realise their full potential, bringing the absolute best out of your Team.
