Our client are a leading manufacturer in their field supplying state of the art products to the construction and residential sectors

We are recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join the maintenance team carrying out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the production plant.

Monday to Friday 7am - 3.45pm with OT 1.5 for any occasional Saturdays

Competitive salary between £30-35k depending on skills & experience

The Role

• Planned and reactive maintenance across a range of equipment
• General maintenance and support on automated machinery
• Respond to breakdowns quickly and prioritise workloads
• Fault find and take corrective action on machines
• Support with continuous improvement and efficiency of equipment
• Work across mechanical and electrical systems

What we are looking for

• Level 3 qualified Engineering, mechanical or electrical
• Maintenance experience in a production/ manufacturing setting
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Working knowledge of PLC controls and automated systems
• Can fault find, trouble shoot and problem solve effectively
• Can work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
