Dick Lovett Bristol is looking for a Parts Supervisor.

Your role

    Our MINI dealership in Bristol is looking for a motivating and engaging Parts Supervisor, with strong organisational and customer service skills, to oversee the day-to-day running of the Parts Department.

    In this varied and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for organising the efficient running of the Parts department, including the Workshop counter, onsite Bodyshop, trade parts and Retail Counter to ensure that parts are obtained and delivered in a timely manner, whilst monitoring stock control and ordering patterns.

    Your profile

    We are looking for an ambitious candidate with proven dealership experience and the ability to guide and support the Parts team. Previous use of Kerridge or DRIVE would be advantageous, along with BMW knowledge which is preferred but not essential.

    Your problem-solving and person-management skills will be integral to handling team working patterns and van logistics, and strong communication skills will be essential to delegate effectively to your team and respond to online and social media parts enquiries.
