Our client, a leading energy provider is currently seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their team on a part time basis of 23.25hrs per week over any three working days.
To provide administration support to the team and station for defueling scope work, working cross functionally with a number of departments.
- Data retrieval, collation and reporting
- Preparation of communication displays
- General administration requests to support defueling
- Support defueling with small purchasing
- Event Management: Hospitality co-ordination including rooms bookings, agendas, calendar invites etc
- Visitor notification requests

- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Planning and prioritising.
- Confidential and professional manner.
- Self-driven and quick to learn new information.
- Intermediate level user of applications eg, excel, powerpoint, word.
- Good customer service skills and strong in verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Office management skills.
