HGV 2 Driver

Manpower is recruiting for HGV 2 Delivery Drivers for one of our clients based in Edinburgh, Leith on a temp to perm basis.

Work will be carried out Monday to Friday with start times from 7.30am, you will carry out drops across Edinburgh & the East Coast, you will averagely have about 6/8 drops per day majority of them kerbside with both residential & commercial premises being the destination. Manual lifting will be involved but on heavy loads this will be offloaded by a forklift driver.

Essential requirements/duties for this role

• CAT C Driving licence with Valid CPC & Digi Tacho
• Some aspects of this role will involve physical heavy lifting so please have this in mind when applying
• Correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must always be worn on site
• Completing vehicle checks before and after shift
• Adhering to Driving/Working Time Regulations
• Excellent customer skills
