Halliwell Jones Southport is looking for a Part-Time Site Logistics Operative.

Your role

The main objectives of the post is to:
  • The main purpose of the role is to assist the Aftersales Manager in the organisation of the front and rear car parks.
  • To ensure that all courtesy vehicles are cleaned and have fuel in ready for customer collection.
  • You may also be asked to complete delivery and collections.
  • To ensure the highest efficiencies are achieved in all aspects of vehicle logistics i.e. Technician productivity, Customer satisfaction.
  • To provide a seamless flow of vehicle supply when required, to vehicle repair workshops/bodyshop and valeting departments.

Your profile

Essential criteria for the position includes:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a commitment and passion to providing the best possible standard of customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Team player that offers help and support to others.
