Customer Operations Advisor

Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Operations Advisor to join the team within a Business-to-Business energy supplier!

The role will include aspects of customer service, some early debt collection activity and operations. Training will be provided regarding company processes, early debt collection etc. but experience within the energy industry is essential!

DUTIES:

• Provide an excellent level of customer service
• Resolving queries and providing information required by customers and debt collection agencies to ensure prompt payment
• Support wider operational activities such as meter reads, billing and payments
• Support on-boarding checks, account set up and early debt avoidance/collection through outbound contact to ensure data is held correct

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?:

• Someone experienced in customer service and general operational activity
• The right candidate will have experience within the UK gas and electricity is required
• Someone who is confident in dealing with customers, colleagues and partners in all situations
• Someone who can deal with challenging conversations, showing empathy and professionalism

THE JOB:

Immediate start available

This is a permanent, full time position with a salary range between 22k-24k per annum with the potential to progress higher within the business

Monday - Friday 8:45am-17:00

This is an office based position, however there is flexibility regarding home working
