We are working with a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry who is a pioneer in their field, producing the worlds first zero emission double-deck hydrogen bus from their modern factory in Ballymena.

We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives who will be responsible for the assembly and manufacturing of automotive parts for the overall manufacturing process.

What you will be doing:

• Assemble and manufacture the essential automotive parts for manufacturing
• Monitoring design drawings and creating the parts from there
• Assembling a range of materials such as wood, metal, aluminium
• Maintain all health and safety procedures within the company
• Operate hand and machine tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Assume quality inspection of all manufacturer and machined units
• Ensure working area is kept to a high cleaning standard

What you will need:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment using tools is advantageous
• Any experience or knowledge of aluminium or steel is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Awareness of health and safety
• Can be flexible with hours, overtime and shifts if needed
