We are looking for a Welder Trainer to support our team at MOD Lyneham in delivering the next generation of metalsmiths into the ministry of Defence. Working in a skilled and supportive team, this is a unique opportunity to move your career in a new direction as you will be gaining new qualifications whist working for an International organisation.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Welder to join us at Babcock International that is passionate about teaching the next generation of metalsmiths.

What will you be doing?
You will be sharing your wealth of trade experience with groups of students in a workshop, guiding them in all areas of practical and theoretical Welding and Fabrication.
This is an excellent development opportunity for the right candidate, as whilst you teach your students, you will also be gaining a Level 4 Certificate of Education and training.

The experience you'll bring
You will be a time served, or Level 3 qualified Welder and Fabricator competent in at least 2 of the following welding types, OA, MMA, MIG or TIG. Coded welding experience would be advantageous but not essential to the role.
You will also need to be eligible to receive and maintain UK SC level security clearance for this post.
