Job Details:
We are hiring for a Business Program Manger for our client with over 50 years in the tech industry. The role is based remotely however, you have the option to go into the office. It is a 12 month contract and this role would suit someone junior to mid-level.



The role:
You will be working on process improvements, documentation that enables the customer experience to improve. You will collaborate with finance, engineering, and other teams. It is a process management and process re-engineering role.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a repeatable project delivery process, providing updates on program milestones.
  • Define and develop program milestones, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and executive reporting. Create customer specific reports with key performance metrics and results, and Ad hoc reports as required.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively across all projects.
  • Analyse and provide data insights on customer feedback.
  • Develop Tools and Best Practices to improve business processes.
  • Manage special projects as required.
  • E2E process thinker
  • Puts themselves in the customer shoes when solutioning
  • Uses data to make and influence decisions and tell stories
  • Experience with successfully landing projects cross company with both quality and speed (strong project manager, proven Collaborator)
  • Good communicator - written and oral storyteller.
  • Experience with creating simple, powerful readiness artefacts



Job requirements/Desired knowledge or certification:

  • This would suit someone junior to mi-level
  • They would need to have project management/programme management experience, they won't be managing team members
  • A good understanding how the cloud works, a good understanding of the e-commerce system would be helpful. Google, AWS, Facebook experience or any other Cloud provider would be beneficial.
  • Someone that can tell a story using data.
  • PowerPoint, or doing newsletters would be a good skill set to have.
  • They may interact with customers from time to time, but it is not a customer-facing role.


Required skills:

  • Power BI and Excel skills (pivot tables, macros etc)
  • Has a lot of customer empathy and wants to resolve things for the customers
  • Curiosity
  • Adaptable
