EXETER AREA
PART TIME OR FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY
12 WEEK CONTRACT WITH POTENTIAL TO EXTEND
MONDAY - FRIDAY
£11.84 AN HOUR
Our client are looking for Workforce Co-ordinators to join their busy team in Exeter initially on a 12 week temporary basis however there may be the opportunity for a more permanent role. Our clients pride themselves in providing a first class service to their patients and they are looking for the perfect candidate to join their team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for scheduling clinical and non clinical rotas within the group. You will be liaising with staff and clinicians to fill vacant shifts and ensuring that all systems are maintained to enable appropriate information reaches the Finance team for Payroll. You must attend staff meetings, respond to emails and assisting colleagues when needed.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a scheduling environment however this is not essential, you must have strong customer service skills with attention to detail. Be comfortable problem solving and good at building relationships
