Trainer - Vehicle Mechanics
Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire, GB, SN15 4XX
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Trainer to be responsible for the delivery of Vehicle Mechanics training course modules to a class of approximately 16 students.
About the role
The main responsibilities include assisting with the technical administration of training and equipment, and preparing and delivering relevant training material.
This is an excellent opportunity for stepping away from a more hands on Vehicle Mechanic role, passing on your knowledge to the next generation whilst being sponsored to complete a Level 4 Teaching qualification.
Who are we looking for?
You must be interested in moving into a teaching role, and are able and confident in delivering training.
You will have previous experience as a Vehicle Mechanic.
You will also have a minimum CGLI City & Guilds Part 3, NVQ L3, or apprenticeship in Engineering Maintenance or equivalent (ideally automotive biased).
What else do I need to know?
We are happy to talk about flexible working. Please ask about alternative patterns of work at interview.
