Job Details
Manpower are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our successful team based in Grimsby.
This role would be office based at our newly refurbished office in Grimsby town centre with working hours of 08:30 - 17:00 (there can be flexibility on start / finish times for the right candidate).
The role involves working closely with team members to fulfil our clients labour requirements.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Contacting incoming applicants and pre-screening candidates against job specifications
- Registration and interviewing candidates
- Accurate data entry and document checking to ensure compliance
No recruitment experience is necessary for this role. We are looking for someone that is high energy, positive and happy to multi-task and work at speed. All training will be provided and you will be supported by our experienced team.
Strong IT skills, good attention to detail and being able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels are key to succeeding in this role.
This role would be initially to cover a maternity position with the option to make permanent once this period is over. This role would also suit someone looking to gain experience in the recruitment sector with the aim of progressing to a consultant role and beyond.
