I have an excellent opportunity for 5 x Junior Account Managers to work for a Global Freight company based within their offices in Nottingham. You will be working on behalf of the Road Logistics dept, office based but with regular client visits. This is truly a fantastic opportunity for a career minded individual who has ambitions and goals to progress within their career.
- The ideal candidate should have experience of working within the Road Logistics or Freight Forwarding arena.
- You will also need to have some Telesales experience, ideally within the Freight/Logistics arena.
- The suitable candidate will have to be target driven and used to working to strict Sales KPI's.
- Proven record in outbound Sales with a history of hitting and overachieving targets.
- Above all you must be RESILIENT, AMBITIOUS AND COMPETITIVE
- You will need a Full UK driving license
About the Role
- Consistently grow the gross profits and achieve revenue targets.
- Overachieve sales productivity and revenue targets.
- Maximize existing opportunities within the existing client base by pro actively targeting the underdeveloped areas.
- Opening up new accounts via cold calling and telesales activity
- Processing new consignments and sales activity on the internal CRM system
- Monitoring every consignment and making sure the highest level of customer service is carried out throughout the process.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports of sales activity.
£20,000 Basic salary plus commission (£25-£27k OTE 1st year) with a company car with personal usage (£5,000 allowance) plus a Fuel card. Working Mon - Fri 9am-5pm with an extensive benefits package and clear career progression opportunities onto the Account Manager scheme.
