Responsibilities:

The resourcing team has wide-ranging responsibility, and you will be engaged in supporting business managers in the following activities:

  • Liaise with Account teams (Account manager, Financial Controller, etc.) to allocate resources to projects, agree client charge rates and extensions via Cluster and Account Calls.
  • Maintain a true assignment forecast for the P&C resources you support including management of Benched resources in-line with permitted parameters
  • Liaise with key managers within Capgemini to support P&C resource allocation to new deals / opportunities including confirming security clearance for resources.
  • Support Capability Managers in the production of management information for monthly utilisation file.
  • Support Sales to advise resource availability for new deals.
  • Work with our specialist recruitment partners to source permanent and/ or subcontract resources as required
  • Liaise with all new joiners, send welcome email and arrange F2F or Teams call as part of onboarding.
  • Ensure iSOWs are raised where required via central point of contact in RM Team.
  • Provision of timely and accurate information, including regular reports
  • Systems
    • R2D2 for Demand/Supply (resourcing system):
    • Supply - Forecasting: Amendment of employee records in respect of assignment detail and availability including maintaining Client Charge Out Rates.
    • Demand - Managing end to end resourcing process of demand management

  • R2D2 (internal employee profile (CV) system)
    • Issue of timely reminders to employees to update their profile/skills on a monthly basis.
    • Skills searches of sales profiles - searches to support sales opportunities.
    • Certifications to be reviewed weekly to ensure updates are entered from resources and escalated to Capability Leads where no compliance.
