Our client, is a public distance Learning & Research University and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.

They are looking to recruit for an Administrative Co-Ordinator to join them in their Business Development Unit. This role is to start asap to 30 September 2022, working 37hrs a week and paying £12.21ph. This role will be working from home, with occasional visits to the Milton Keynes campus and equipment will be supplied.

You will provide administrative & project support to both the Senior Manager Partnerships & Manager Partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor the shared email box & diary management
  • Arrange meetings, collation, formatting & circulation of report
  • Taking effective meeting notes

Skills & experience :

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, Outlook & Word
  • Project/Scheduling and organisation skills needed to support project and scheduling of the activities for the team.
  • Experience in creating, maintaining, updating and checking data spreadsheets and knowledge and experience of creating and utilising formulas.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail particularly with data handling and data entry.
  • Previous experience in uploading and updating SharePoint and SharePoint based websites and catalogues
