Multimodal Import/Export Coordinator

I am working on behalf of a well established Freight Forwarding company based in Aberdeen to recruit a Multimodal Operations Coordinator to join their already successful team.

Are you an experienced Multimodal Import/Export Coordinator looking for a new, exciting opportunity within organisation who really value their employees?

Working as part of a close knit team you will

Handle export/import shipments via air, road, sea

Courier and charter from first contact to completion

Negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines and hauliers

Completion of all customs entries and all other associated documentation

Have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, experience using Descartes/CHIEF system

Have excellent Communication skills and good IT and systems knowledge

Dangerous Goods by Air certified would be an advantage

Hours of work - Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
