Manpower have a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate to become a Customer Care Professional, working with our client, a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company based in the heart of Brighton.
The KYC (Know Your Customer) Customer Care Professional will be responsible for engaging with our Client's Consumer & Corporate Card Members & also Merchants via all types of written & verbal communication in order to obtain crucial Due Diligence Documents.
Markets include Consumer, Corporate and Merchant in the UK. These directives will be received by the AML (Anti Money Laundering) Compliance team requesting these documents as part of their management and investigation of suspicious and unusual activity reports.
All whilst delivering world class customer service and growing brand loyalty.
Please note that no financial background is needed for this role, as our client offers comprehensive training as part of your on-boarding.
