Catering assistant required

Various hours and shifts to be covered.

Preparation of food, portion control, recording information, sales transactions and ensuring safe and hygienic environment for all users of the service

5 GCSE's or equivilant essential

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate/ NVQ level 1 in Catering desirable as well as knowledge of the principles of effective food hygiene and good knowledge of Health and Safety.
