We have a fantastic opportunity for Facility Co-ordinator to join our clients Engineering and Property Services Department, based in Blackpool, FY4 4QQ. This is a full time TEMPORARY ongoing role with a view to go permanent to the right candidate. The working hours are 37 per week, 08:00am to 16:30pm Monday to Thursday (08:00am - 13:00pm on Fridays), with a need to be flexible. Paying £20,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience. Immediate start!

The purpose of this position is to provide strategic support for the Facility department at the
Blackpool site. This includes the upkeep of systems such as Maximo, Contracts, servicing
planning, quality actions, change control etc to provide a reliable facility for manufacturing.
Principal Accountabilities:
Ensure all activities undertaken are done safely and in a timely manner
Control of waste from site to reduce handling, transfer, costs etc
Download PM's and convert to works orders on Maximo
Allocate PM's to appropriate personnel
Close any Works Orders as required
Arrange meetings with facility personnel to obtain information for procedural updates.
Review and update the Facility procedures as required
Arrange service dates with suppliers and contractors
Support EHS with service requests and good saves etc
Escort contractors to relevant locations on site
Record, arrange and keep contract records up to date
Support facility change control requirements
Ensure Facility quality actions are completed accurately and on time
Raise and book in Purchase orders for Finance adherence
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL: Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment ie Medical, Nuclear or Food Manufacturing.
Good communicator, Planning skills, financial awareness
Good organisational skills
Willingness to learn and train to improve the business
DESIRABLE: Previous experience within the Healthcare/Medical Devices Sector, Facility or Engineering team experience
