The Help Desk support's Bankline related queries from customers. The roles are telephony based with some elements of web chat.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with a background in financial customer service, although we will consider candidates from any background. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and willing to deliver the best possible customer service.
You will be based in the office on Hardman Boulevard, within the prestigious location of Spinningfields in Manchester City Centre. With excellent transport links close by and discounted car parks on hand.
You will receive a competitive salary of £10.99per hour. The role is a full-time position, working 35 hours a week. You will be working in a shift pattern which is either- 8am to 4pm; 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm.
