We have a fantastic opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join our business, based her at JLR Leamington Spa Academy, Warwick. In this hybrid role you'll be responsible for the coordination and administration of training programmes and events with the Jaguar Land Rover Academy. This is a great opportunity to be part of a valued team and develop a future career with Babcock International.

This role requires regular travel to JLR Leamington Spa Academy, Warwick two days per week alongside remote working arrangements. This role would ideally be suited to someone based near Warwick due to travel requirement expectations.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated individual with a flexible approach and strong work ethic. You'll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fantastic organisational skills, as well as the ability to work with a consistent high attention to detail.

What will you be doing?
This role involves:
* Timely coordination/administration of JLR Adult delivery programmes
* Organisation of annual reward and recognition events (for Commercial and Technical Academies)
* Management of resources (including JLR Senior Leadership team) and external Associates / suppliers
* Academy wide and JLR Retailer Network official communications
* Ensure KPI's linked to delivery and assessment of all relevant programmes/projects are fully met
* Create a strong relationship with the customer and support Babcock/ JLR on delivering their strategic training goals

The experience you'll bring
* Project Management qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Adult Learning and Development background/related qualification desirable
* Project deadlines
* Manage and coordination of projects
* Excellent problem solving/decision making skills
* Proactive approach, actively seeking to mitigate risks
