Manpower is currently recruiting for a senior housekeeper to join our client's team in Oxford on a permanent basis.

Details:

  • Salary - £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
  • Hours - 8:30am until 5:00pm, typically Monday to Friday, however weekend work will be required if events are on.

Duties:

  • Overseeing the work of Scouts and ensuring that assigned duties are completed on schedule and meet expected quality standards
  • Scheduling regular and overtime rotas and leave for Scouts to ensure housekeeping needs are met effectively and efficiently
  • Adapting the daily cleaning schedule to respond to time-sensitive tasks
  • Ensuring tasks are adequately and promptly reassigned during staff absences and leave
  • Ensuring cleaning and hygiene standards are maintained at high levels at all times in all area.

Experience required:

· Housekeeping experience

· Team leader / Supervisor experience
