We are currently recruiting for a PA / Receptionist to join our well established client based in Norwich. You will be joining as business at a time where they are expanding their workforce.
This role will see you working Monday - Friday and be an essential member of the admin team supporting all the on site managers with daily administrative support paying £15.57ph
Main duties will include dealing with all incoming communications from customers and clients via calls, emails and post. Daily and weekly reports are to be compiled and relayed back to the managers so ability to communicate is key to be successful in this role.
You must of gained previous experience delivering high level of customer service both over the phone and face to face. Good attention to details is required as you will overseeing all finances of the business including contract invoicing, wages and purchase orders.
This role is perfect for someone who has gained admin experience and looking for a role where you can manage your own work load and have the desire to progress your career within a business.
