My client are one of the leading construction companies throughout the UK and Ireland. Specialising in construction equipment and ventilation. With an existing customer base and fantastic branches through out he country, they are a fantastic company with excellent heritage.

We are looking for someone to join our existing team to handle email and phone enquiries from customers. Managing the sales order to delivery and administration duties for the sales process.

What you will be doing:

• Receive and process all sales enquiries professionally and correctly
• Purchase all required goods from internal and external suppliers
• Liase with BDM and BM to propose quotations
• Ensure all delivery time frames are met for customer orders
• Administration of sales orders
• Handle cash and account payments from clients
• Participate in the business month ends

What you will have:

• Any sales administration experience considered
• Microsoft office experience essential
• Any telephone or email order processing experience
• Customer service experience considered
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Be a team player

What you will receive:

• £20,500 Basic Salary
• Mon - Thur (8AM - 5PM) Friday (8AM - 4PM)
• 21 Days annual leave + Stats
• Full company training and development
• Company pension pot contribution
