Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join a new team at our client site in Erskine. Liaising with external partners you will be responsible for monitoring customer databases and logging calls with our internal build team.
This is a varied role and responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring call logging systems
- Assigning calls to engineers and updating customers on progress
- Providing timely updates to customers via phone, email and chat functions
- Updating Excel and SharePoint systems in real time
- Escalation management
Working hours are 9am- 5:00pm Monday to Friday with no weekend working!
If you have previous experience in a contact centre environment, are able to work under pressure and have strong communication skills this could be your ideal role.
Please note due to the nature of this role all applicants must have or be able to obtain BPSS security clearance.
