Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a number of Service Engineers to join our client providing support for IT devices across their extensive retail and administration locations covering the west coast of Scotland.
As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for device connectivity troubleshooting, device imaging and configuration, device installs, moves and decommissions, stock control and asset management as well as proactive maintenance and guidance.
This is a customer facing role and the ideal candidate will have familiarity with Cielo and Microsoft tablets, Lenovo / Dell Desktops and Laptops, KVM switches, Routers and knowledge of Windows operating systems and their associated technologies.
Working hours are 37.5 hours per week between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday on a rotational shift basis with a scheduled weekend rota covering between 8am and 4pm.
If you have previous experience in onsite support and proven troubleshooting skills this could be your ideal role. Please note all applicants must have a valid UK driving license, a vehicle will be provided.
Due to the nature of this role all applicants must have or be able to obtain BPSS security clearance.
