We are delighted to be working with our client who are looking for Patient safety callers to join their busy team set within the health care sector.

About the role

You will be responsible for calling member of the public and health care professional and discussing urgent and non urgent health issues. You will be following a scripted conversation whilst listening to the callers needs and giving appropriate advice. You will also be empathetic with the callers who are often in critical and emotional situations whilst still displaying strong negotiating, listening and questioning skills. You will also be responsible for recording patient data using specialist computer software.

About You

You must be able to provide excellent customer service whilst remaining calm, empathetic and professional. You will need to be able to relationship build quickly whilst taking notes and inputting them onto the system and be comfortable using different computer packages. You will also need to be comfortable relaying important information over to the callers and ensuring that in depth handovers are given to colleagues at the beginning and end of a shift.

Hours of work - 16 hour contract

Saturdays & Sundays 15:00 - 23:00 & 08:00 - 16:00 alternate weekends

Hours of work - 30 hour contract

Monday - Sunday ( every other weekend off ) 17:00 - 23:00
