We are delighted to be working with our client who are looking for Dental Service Advisors to join their busy team set within the health care sector.

About the role

You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from members of the public and health care professionals in need of medical care. You will be delivering high quality and safe health care over the phone following your training and in line with the procedure's. You will be negotiating and probing the callers whilst remaining professional and empathetic.

About You

You must be able to provide excellent customer service whilst remaining calm, empathetic and professional. You will need to be able to relationship build quickly whilst taking notes and inputting them onto the system and be comfortable using different computer packages. You will also need to be comfortable relaying important information over to the callers and ensuring that in depth handovers are given to colleagues at the beginning and end of a shift.

Hours of work

We have a vast range of contracts ranging from 10 to 40 hours a week, if you are interested please apply and we will call you discuss available work patterns.
