Semi-Skilled Production Operatives

Manpower is currently recruiting for Semi-Skilled Production Operatives for our client based in Edinburgh.

Role & Responsibilities

Primary tasks may include (but are not limited to):

* Hand Assembly of Microwave Components ,using soldering techniques
* Mechanical Assembly during the build process
* Carrying out visual quality checks and packing
* Labelling of finished parts

Personal Qualities & Skills

* Previous Skills working within an Assembly and, or Manufacturing environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proven competence in a similar role
* Demonstrate excellent dexterity and hand to eye co-ordination
* Work as part of a team
* Good time keeping
* Must be flexible
* Show Initiative

Pay Rate £9.60 per hour (PAYE)

Overtime paid at the following rates:
For first 4 hours worked above 37.5 hours per week £14.25 per hour
Thereafter all hours are paid at £18.41 per hour.

Current hours of work - 08:20am - 17:05pm (1 hour flex time)

You will need to pass a drugs test prior to start.

We are Preferably looking for candidates who have worked in areas such as soldering, fine detail assembly, production experience.
