Main Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining trackers to assist the PM in the monitoring, reporting and management of the strategic delivery of 40 plus families of piping components requiring design, calculation, tender processes, and subcontract supply.
* Assisting the PM in monitoring the piping contractors ITT process, the early identification and resolution of project, design, quality and commercial issues to facilitate the timely approval of the piping contractors requests to place subcontracts. This will involve setting up and managing bi- weekly multi-disciplined meetings of all NNB and subcontractor stakeholders together with the racking and progressing of actions.
* Identification, monitoring, reporting and progressing of manufacturing pre-requisite documentation to ensure subcontract manufacturing is delivered to schedule.

Experience /Qualification /Attributes:
* Experience as an assistant project manager ideally on a mechanical project
* Energetic and enthusiastic with a bias for action
* Organised and methodical with an eye for details
* Team player with experience of working in large complex multi-disciplined teams
* Good communication and influencing skills
