Job Details

Vertu Sunderland is looking for a Warranty Administrator.

Your role

The warranty administrator role is the key contact and relationship manager between our dealership network, customers and outside garages. The administrator will manage customer claims, ensuring that all warranty repair orders are issued for compliance and accuracy. The warranty administrator is fully responsible for communicating all aspects of the claim, from initial enquiry to job completion and will efficiently handle and resolve all claims by reviewing and managing all documents that may be required within the process.

Your profile

Previous experience in the Automotive retail industry would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be given. The successful candidate must be IT literate to at least an intermediate level. You must also have experience in strong relationship management with 3rd parties, as well as strong planning and organisational skills.

You will be able to learn, research, and adapt to new information quickly, whilst being able to take responsibility for actions and projects and have the ability to work on your own initiative. You must be able to analyse numerical data as well as other sources of information and provide exceptional customer service.

Rewards

Your hard work will be rewarded with preferential service rates, a colleague purchase scheme, a share incentive scheme, a pension and access to training courses at the BMW Training Academy.
