Job Details

We have an exciting opportunity to work with The University of Leeds as an Administrator. This is a full time 2 month, part time role, working 20 hours a week, over 4/5 days and paying £11.04 per hour.
As Administrator, your main duties will include:
- Providing flexible administration support for a wide range of duties across the department
- Assisting in setting up SharePoint to include flows, uploading documents etc.
- Uploading content on to web based systems, and ensuring consistency of processes.
- Transfer risk management data from one safety management system to another platform
These duties provide a framework for the role and should not be regarded as a definitive list. Other reasonable duties may be required consistent with the grade of the post.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience of setting up Sharepoint sites.
- Experience of general office duties.
- Experience of data input and transferring of documents.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills;
- Experience of using the Microsoft Office suite of applications and have the ability to help solve routine problems;
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
