Inside Sales and Pricing Executive

I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a Global Freight Company for an Internal Sales Executive for their Glasgow Office.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Managing and responding to sales enquiries and quotes from existing client base
• Following up on inbound quotations and enquiries
• Supporting the Business Development Managers
• Working with overseas freight forwarding partners to create mutually beneficial business opportunities
• Developing a strong partnership with the internal teams and client base
• Updating the company CRM with sales activities
• Supporting the Operations team with existing business
• Assisting the Head of Sales, Operations Supervisor, and colleagues

To be considered for this role you will have a high attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and work to strict time-lines whilst remaining calm, confident, and polite when dealing with customers. You will have a good working knowledge of all MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
