Help us make a difference and support the UK Military and Aviation. We're looking for someone dynamic, ambitious and eager to portray the professional image within RAF Halton's Media Section.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Photographic Supervisor to support Phase 1, 2 and 3 with photographic/video solutions at RAF Halton on a daily basis, including weekends. Tasks can be as varied as managing the Recruit Training Squadron group photograph, covering senior ranking personnel on various occasions including recruit graduation day. Covering training exercises at Bramley training area and occasional trips to Crickhowell outdoor activity centre as part of the valued photographic team, the successful candidate will be a key addition to the department.

What will you be doing?

  • Advising the Media and Support Services Manager on all matters appropriate to his/her position.
    * Approval and acceptance of all tasks submitted to the Photographic section in accordance with Section 8 of the SOR and Parenting Statement.
    * Manage the maintenance of Photographic KPI's and monitoring data and other statistics as required by the Media Services and Support services Manager.
    * Ability to follow policy and procedures as per AP112P-0009-1 - Manual of Photographic Practices and Procedures.
    * Manage the maintenance of Photographic KPI's and monitoring data and other statistics as required by the Media Services and Support Services Manager.
    * Understand and advise the customer on section 8 SOR.

The experience you'll bring

  • Good photographic technical knowledge
  • Some knowledge of military environment
  • Driving licence
  • Essential video and software knowledge
    * HND or equivalent education

You must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
