Our client, a leading paint manufacturer, have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their site in Birmingham.
The Administrator provides support to the Logistics function within the Integrated Supply Chain, with primary accountability for ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of goods to our customers within the agreed service levels.
You will be involved in shipping customer orders in compliance with transport regulations and issue all necessary shipping documents, including export documents and customs clearance. Ensure quality of delivery process within the applicable Service Levels Agreements (SLAs), including communication to forwarders and warehouse (internal and external), coordinate transport for returns from customers and participate in root cause analysis for all service issues.
The successful candidate will have customer service experience within an office-based environment. You will have outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be IT literate and be able to prioritise your own workload at all times
