Looking to join a Global Transport & Logistics company in West London? I'm recruiting for an "AOG - Customer Service Agent".
The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and proactive Export service to all customers and service providers.
If you have at least 1 year's experience within Airfreight and want to path out a career this could be the position for you.
The job:
- Monitor and action generic email box - respond promptly
- Arranging collection for vendors
- Utilising internal systems to produce shipping documentation
- Posting flights, job invoicing, and cost control
- Dealing with enquires and complaints - investigate and respond promptly - both external/internal customers and suppliers
- Support Sales and CSM with customer visits as requested.
