Manpower UK are delighted to be partnered with a growing Education business as they expand and look for multiple Enrolment Executives to join their growing team.

This is the perfect role for someone with proven sales/retention/education sales experience and a hunger for success who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a fast-growing, industry leading business.

This position will be office-based, based in Brighton Monday to Friday. Hours will need to be flexible to suit the needs of the business but these will be discussed when running through the role.

Please note that this will be a telephone-based role but don't worry, there will be no cold calling in sight!

The Enrolment Executives will be required to:

  • Promote and sell courses over the telephone, tailoring solutions, and benefits to the customer base
  • Real-time management and conversion of web leads through the pipeline
  • High volume outbound call management and inbound call handling
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Work within a fast-paced sales cycle achieving agreed sales targets and outcomes
  • Work within the team, achieving and exceeding company goals and targets
  • Work as part of a team identifying issues and clearing blockers improving the customer journey and business processes

Prospective applicants should meet the following requirements

  • Proven experience as a telephone sales agent or relevant role
  • Proven experience of making and handling large number of calls and emails
  • A demonstrable knowledge of sales, pipeline management, and best practice
  • Receptive to training, feedback, and coaching
  • Task completion driven, high attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills
  • Must have basic computer skills which includes MS Office Suite
  • A good understanding of customer journeys and your role within that
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical-thinker and problem solver
  • Focus on a positive customer experience
  • Passion for selling high-quality products
  • Passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life through education

Required experience

  • 2-3 years' experience in a sales and contact/call centre role
  • Experience in high-volume, high-quality customer service
  • Experience in Higher Education preferred but not essential
  • University degree preferred but not essential

  • £26,000.00 PA + Uncapped Commission + Team Bonus
  • 8.00AM to 8.00PM Monday to Friday (7.5 Hours per day across shifts)
