Customer Service Advisor - Bankline

£10.99 per hour + Excellent Benefits

Are you looking for a new and exciting, challenging opportunity? Working within a busy environment? If so, we have the perfect role for you.

The role will be dealing with Internet Banking service which offers our client customers 24/7 access to their accounts.

The Help Desk support's Bankline related queries from client customers. The roles are telephony based with some elements of web chat.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a background in financial customer service, although we will consider candidates from any background. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and willing to deliver the best possible customer service.

You will be based in the client offices on Hardman Boulevard, within the prestigious location of Spinningfields in Manchester City Centre. With excellent transport links close by and discounted car parks on hand.

You will receive salary of £10.99 per hour. The role is a fulltime position, working 35 hours a week. You will be working in a shift pattern which is either- 8am to 4pm; 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm.

33 days annual leave including bank holidays

The client will provide excellent first-class training programme for 6 to 8 weeks on site, enjoy a busy environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.

Please note that this position will involve completing online assessments and will require pre-employment screening including a credit check and two year's referencing.

After the training is completed, you will be required to work 35 hours per week, with some bank holidays included.
