Responsibilities:

• In charge of a growing team of ecommerce professionals.
• Lead and develop a team of young ecommerce professionals.
• Responsible for the growth and development of members within the team acting as a mentor and subject matter expert within the company
• Collaborate with in-house marketing team to guarantee consistent brand message.
• Liaise with in-house buyers and external brand suppliers to ensure product catalogue online is up to date.
• Continuous UX improvement of both shopping online & offline.
• Develop functionality on an ongoing basis.
• Work with the ecommerce team to execute digital campaigns from concept to launch. (Photography, design, blog support, email content).

About you:

• 4+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Track record of successful team management
• Strong communication skills with hands on approach.
• Comfortable presenting at a senior level.
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to prioritise to keep a project on tract
