Packing Operator

Manpower are currently recruiting for Packing Operators in Burton-on-Trent DE14!

Working on site for a client who produce Mayonaise bottles for a well known company, your duties will include:

• Ensuring products are packed properly
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
• Perform quality checks on products before sending them out
• Ensure material flows efficiently from/to the production floor
• Maintenance of machines as and when necessary

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in a production environment
• Have a good work ethic and be able to work as part of a team but also to their own initiative

This role works to a rotating shift pattern, Mondays to Fridays:

• Early shift = 6am-2pm
• Afternoon shift = 2pm-10pm
• Night shift = 10pm-6am

£10.90 per hour, rising to £11.10 after twelve weeks service
