We have an immediate temporary position for a Colour Technician to join our client who is a leading Paints and Coatings Company. As a Colour Technician you will play a key role within the Awlmix colour lab which formulates custom colours and is a small batch manufacturing unit.
Key responsibilities:
- Completing paint orders in a timely fashion
- Colour matching using Spectro and colour software
- Mixing samples accurately and preparing colour cards for measurement
- Managing the laboratory stock, both wet paint and consumables
- Maintaining a tidy work area including lab and office spaces
What we need from you:
- IT Literate
- Strong Communication Skills
- Colour knowledge is preferable but not essential
- Well organized with past experience of working in a time critical function
