Manpower are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator to join the team in Hoveringham!

This role is maternity cover and is expected to run for a period of between 13-15 months

DUTIES:

As a Contracts Administrator, you will be working within the Logistics Department and duties will include:

  • General admin duties
  • Contact site representatives of clients to confirm delivery and installation requirements
  • Prepare delivery notes
  • Contact clients site representatives to agree and amend programme dates
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Maintain the filing system

HOURS AND PAY:

Between 30-36.5 hours a week - hours can be flexible i.e 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Salary: 20-25k (DOE)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Someone who is a team player
  • Someone who is outgoing and able to communicate with other areas of the business, as well as suppliers and customers
  • Will hold GCSE's or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Someone who can prioritise work and work to tight deadlines
