Manpower are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator to join the team in Hoveringham!
This role is maternity cover and is expected to run for a period of between 13-15 months
DUTIES:
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be working within the Logistics Department and duties will include:
- General admin duties
- Contact site representatives of clients to confirm delivery and installation requirements
- Prepare delivery notes
- Contact clients site representatives to agree and amend programme dates
- Dealing with customer queries
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Maintain the filing system
HOURS AND PAY:
Between 30-36.5 hours a week - hours can be flexible i.e 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Salary: 20-25k (DOE)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Someone who is a team player
- Someone who is outgoing and able to communicate with other areas of the business, as well as suppliers and customers
- Will hold GCSE's or equivalent in English and Maths
- Someone who can prioritise work and work to tight deadlines
