We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprenticeship Advisor to join our business, based here at Southport, Merseyside. In this role you'll be managing outbound calls, issuing letters and promotional materials, in order to gain interest and attraction from employers through timetabled follow up calls.

This role includes remote working arrangements working from home Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm with occasional travel to Southport hub as or when required. Therefore, the role would be ideally suited to someone within commutable distance to Southport, Merseyside.

Who we are looking for?

As a work from home Apprenticeship Advisor, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service whilst meeting agreed targets through gaining interest in Apprenticeship programmes - a key government focus. This role is phone based therefore you'll need to be an excellent communicator. This provides a great opportunity if you are looking to enhance your sales skills further, while at the same time developing a future career with Babcock International.

What will you be doing?
The role involves:
* Working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets, seeking to achieve and exceed individual and team targets to generate interest in Apprenticeship programmes across sites classed as - National Accounts, Account Management or New Business through outbound calls as well as issuing letters and promotional materials to interested employers with timetabled follow up calls
* Ensuring compliance to Contact Centre procedures and processes
* Ensuring excellent customer service provision through quality KPIs
* Having an excellent understanding of the products in order to provide customers with a knowledgeable service.

The experience you'll bring
* Previous experience in a customer focused sales environment, preferably within retail
* Ideally phone-based customer and/or business to business experience
* Sales experience is desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to meet individual sales and quality KPIs
* A positive 'can-do' approach and works well as a team member
* An organised approach to daily activities with ability to be creative in thought processes
* Must hold or have ability to obtain SC security clearance
