Service Desk Agent
Manpower is recruiting for a Service Desk Agent who is keen to learn new skills and join our client as a Service Desk Agent in their Edinburgh HQ.
You would provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers, ensuring that the Company KPIs are met, specifically in relation to:
- Technical support on print/scan/fax issues
- Technical support on print management software
- (PaperCut, Equitrac, SafeCom and uniFLOW)
- Technical support on fleet monitoring software
- (Ricoh @Remote, Konica CS Remote Care, Canon eMaintenance, HP Web JetAdmin and Site Audit)
- Receiving incoming support calls, by telephone and electronically
- Correctly triaging the initial support call
- Accurately logging the support call on our service system
- Correctly dispatching the support call to the relevant team/department
Key Skills :
- Experience of troubleshooting print/scan or software faults
- IT network experience
- Display a friendly, helpful manner when dealing with customers and colleagues
- Demonstrate
- Outstanding telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, keeping customers updated of progress/delays
- A positive "Can do" attitude
- Be competent using a computer, including use of:
- Microsoft 365
- Outlook
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Teams
- Vantage Online (new service system)
- Microsoft 365
- Full training will be provided for this role.
Main Benefits/ Conditions
- Main working hours: 8:30am to 5.00 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
