We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Babcock International as a Cluster Facilities Supervisor, based here in Radar Road, Leicester. In this role you'll lead the Hard or Soft facilities management service delivery teams and sub-contractors, in order to manage and maintain the property and services to all customers, as well as stakeholders, across a regional cluster of sites.

This role is based at Leicester alongside travel requirements across the Midlands. Therefore, you will be willing and able to travel as and when required and live-in reasonable distance to Leicester.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a Cluster Facilities Supervisor to lead, inspire and motivate their team in order to ensure Customer Services, performance and budget targets are met. You'll be able to provide a professional support service to the Regional Cluster FM team and Group Facilities Department, supporting and working cooperatively with all employees to pro-actively plan staff activities, as well as ensuring all processes are followed to a standard appropriate to meet business needs.

What will you be doing?
* Supporting the implementation of Business Continuity.
* Delivery of best practice standards as appropriate across the functions
* Establishing and maintaining regular interaction with appropriate cross-function departments
* Providing coaching and mentoring to Facilities team and other colleagues as and when requested
* Maintain Compliance of all Assets in line with Company Policy and Legal Procedures

The experience you'll bring
* National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) Level 3 in Leadership and Management (Nebs / ILM / IWFM) or equivalent & NEBOSH General Health and Safety Certificate. Or be willing to achieve this within 12 months of taking up the role
* Sound knowledge and understanding of working within a Hard or Soft FM service
* Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant regulatory and legislative requirements and British Standards
* Must hold or have the ability to obtain SC security clearance
