Manpower is recruiting 2 Plumbers (TMV Inspector's) based in Lincoln!

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

NEST PENSION SCHEME
TEMP ONGOING - Initial 3 months, likely 6 months afterwards
HOURS OF WORK - Full time, no weekends
PAY INTERVAL - Weekly
PAY RATE - £9.50-£10.28

Details of job

• Demonstrate they have the required competency and suitably qualified to carry out required work in compliance with the current Water Regulations, Manufactures instructions and HTM Code of Practices
• To service and carryout remedial works on the TMV's (Thermostatic Mixing Valves) across the whole trust ULHT
• Strip down and inspect the TMV, Disinfect and clean-/Replace internal filters as necessary
• Contractors and other staff are expected to complete the Trust documentation in full, complete, and present to the Trust upon works completion

Requirement's

• Public Liability insurance certificate for the Value of £5,000,000
• Employer's Liability insurance for the value of £5,000,000
• Driving Licence (Must be able to cover all Sites - Lincoln, Pilgrim and Grantham)
• Own Suitable Vehicle (to travel to and from sites with both persons and materials)
• Own Tools required for the tasks involved
• Own PPE
• Work wear suitable for working in a hospital environment

Qualifications

Essential

• NVQ Level 3 In Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
• Water Regulations (1999) WARE Certificate

Desirable

• Servicing and testing requirements of TMV's (WH018) 1 Day Course
• Disinfection of Hot and Cold-Water Systems (WH005) 1 Day Course
• Legionella Awareness in Hospital HTM 04-01 (WHH02) 1 Day Course
