We have an exciting opportunity for you to work within a luxury state of the art, purpose-built facility for the BMW Training Academy, one of the leading manufacturers within the UK. As a Retailer Network Support Coordinator, you'll be supporting the Retailer Network with meeting their annual training requirement and maintaining/updating the Site Contact Training Material. In addition, you'll be maintaining the data quality within the LMS and management of all Training Dashboard data.

This role requires regular travel to BMW Academy in Reading two days per week alongside remote working arrangements and access to any Babcock Hub. Therefore, this role would be ideally suited to someone within reasonable travel distance to Reading.

Who we are looking for?
Your support and expertise will be invaluable - you'll be the eyes and the ears for us to better support the network and to provide relevant feedback. You will use and leverage our Learning Management System (LMS) to maximise all available training solutions. The accuracy and development of this system is critical, and you'll take responsibility for this too. Therefore, you'll be a well organised individual, with strong administration and coordinator skills, as well as a real keen eye for detail.

What will you be doing?
As a Retailer Network Support Coordinator, you'll proactively support all new Site Contacts and be the primary contact point for retailers requiring support with meeting their training requirement.

Your duties will include:
* Process all new Site Contact changes
* Managing Training Dashboard weekly process by generating/uploading all weekly reports to Digi and completing all quality checks
* Responsibility for producing and distributing weekly Training Requirement Achievement report
* Assisting with circulation of annual Retailer Training Requirement communications and quarterly achievement status emails
* Ensuring all changes to Certification Pathways are updated on the LMS and Training Dashboard
* Supporting new Site Contacts with understanding the LMS and their role using the Site Contact Training Material
* Achievement of set performance targets and KPIs

* Experience of Learning Management System (preferably Cornerstone) management and administration
* Well organised individual
* Strong administration skills
* Customer service experience
* Must hold or have ability to obtain SC security clearance
