Manpower is currently recruiting for the role of Operations Administrator for one of our clients based in Paisley.
- Role: Operations Administrator
- Contract: Full time, Permanent
- Salary: £26,500
- Hours: 8am-5pm
- Location: Paisley, with some cover at Blantyre and Kilmarnock
Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Raising and receipting POs for the various businesses as instructed by the site management.
- Ensuring the third-party log is kept tidy and up to date logging each of the movements with the required information and chasing anything missing.
- Arrangement of incoming and outgoing Organics works for local authorities and updating the recording systems for the movements.
- Arrangement of incoming and outgoing loads from other depots whilst updating the recording systems for the movements.
- Reconciling and coding incoming invoices for all required sites
- Collating and sending on required customer reports in various time periods.
- Ordering of any PPE for Specialist, Organics and ISD as instructed by management.
- Assist in the arrangement of any hire vehicles and accommodation for members of the specialist, organics and ISD teams.
- Assisting with and controlling some of the project files including updating trackers, completing, and submitting payment applications.
- Reconciling with accounts management on month end invoicing and any other finance requirements
- Cover weighbridge and invoicing roles for the organics business through absence's
- Any further ad hoc administrations duties as instructed by line management.

Qualifications
Administrative experience
Proven admin, communication, and computing skills.
Due to the nature of the role we would recommend you hold your driving licence and have use of your own vehicle.
Technical Competencies
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with ability to communicate at all levels
Strong IT skills including use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
A genuine and visible H&S understanding
Procurement and buying skills/experience
